About Us

The Rogue Method was created to reimagine what physiotherapy can be - to raise the standard of care while breaking away from convention.

Our space is designed with intent; it’s welcoming and empowering. Every detail, from the environment to the energy, reflects a commitment to genuine care.

Here, recovery isn’t clinical. It’s personal, powerful, and built to create lasting impact.

Dan Branchflower

Co-Founder

Dan has spent more than 15 years building his career around people - from developing high-performing teams across the Asia-Pacific region to shaping inclusive, purpose-driven workplace cultures.
A natural leader with deep experience in talent acquisition, Dan has worked with global cybersecurity and technology firms, helping them grow from early-stage start-ups into established, region-wide operations.

But beyond the boardroom, Dan’s story has always been grounded in movement. Having played AFL footy since he could walk, sport and physical performance have shaped his values and outlook on life. That same energy and commitment to growth inspired him to co-found The Rogue Method - a space built to challenge the status quo in physiotherapy and redefine how people approach recovery and performance.

Dan brings the same mindset he’s honed in business and sport into every part of The Rogue Method’s mission - one built on drive, teamwork, and relentless curiosity. His passion lies in connecting people, inspiring growth, and building a community that moves with purpose.

Holly Stidston

Senior Physiotherapist
  • Fully registered Physiotherapist (AHPC)
  • BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy (University of Brighton, UK)
  • GEMT Dry Needling certified

Holly has always been fascinated by anatomy and the human body. After experiencing pain and injuries from a young age, she was inspired to become a physiotherapist while observing the resilience of military amputees during their rehabilitation. She brings extensive musculoskeletal experience to The Rogue Method, with 5 years in private practice and over 7 years as a Senior Physiotherapist for the UK Armed Forces.
Her experience spans highly functional military personnel, busy professionals managing chronic pain, recreational athletes with niggling injuries, hypermobile clients, and post-operative rehabilitation from day one through to return to sport and beyond. She has also supported many clients seeking to avoid surgery through effective conservative management.
Holly believes every client is unique and deserves a fully individualised approach. She combines hands-on therapy, client education, and exercise therapy to empower people in managing their pain or injury — whether for short-term relief or long-term prevention and resilience. Having navigated her own hypermobility-related pain and injuries, she brings deep empathy and understanding to every session. Her career highlights include a 6-month Royal Navy warship deployment caring for pilots and Commandos, and working with elite athletes at the HSBC SVNS. She is passionate about ongoing learning and is currently undertaking a Level 4 Strength & Conditioning qualification.
